As a small business concern, Southwest understands the need to reduce maintenance cost without compromising safety and quality. The company has the capability to perform all scheduled and non-scheduled depot level maintenance including overhauls and conversions.

Other in-house test and production equipment:

• Oil Pump Test Bench: to test oil pumps upon completion or repair or overhaul.
• Oil Flow Test Bench: Used to check all oil-wetted parts for proper flow rates and spray patterns. Ensures proper lubrication during operation.
• Fuel Manifold/Component Flow Test Stand: Used to ensure fuel flow rates and/or spray patterns are within specifications.
• Electrical Bench: For the functional testing of electrical accessories.
• Computerized Balance Machine: For precision balancing of rotating components.

Non-Destructive Inspection: Shop inspection capabilities include magnetic particle inspection and dye penetrant inspection
